- Created interaction designs setting up address book and calendar sync for device and desktop email setup applications (option to synchronize calendar and address book as part of email setup or set it up later)

- Presented UX proposals to product and development teams
- Conducted usability testing (created users session plans, ran user sessions, collected the data, analyzed the findings, created recommendations to improve user experience, presented results of the studies to the product and development groups)
